"Monmaya, a 150 years old Shinise from Sendai opened a HK shop in 2015 and by now it is selling more in HK than the headquarters in Sendai. The Japanese Government began introducing similar craft wares in 2024, the program became popular in the HK community. Mr. Monma calls for any Japanese lovers of craftware to come and help survey exercise in exchange for a nice gift from the company. Mr. Monma is the guest lecturer of JSHK Shinise Koza on traditional manufacturing in Japan."
